You will be given a list of bed sizes prior to your trip. Beds range from single to king.
ALL linens need to be brought in by the guest. Comforters and pillows are supplied.
Additional Guests
Any guest that is above and beyond the max number of guests allotted per unit has an additional charge.
Adult: $150/ week
Child: $75/ week
Spring & Fall
The cottages can be rented Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat if it is a full week rental. Minimum of 2 nights stay is required to book.
The spring rates are $60 per person per night based on 5 or more in a cottage. 3 to 4 people is $75 per person/ nightly, and 2 people in a cottage is $120 per person/ nightly. All the rates are based on a minimum of 2 nights stay. Bear Creek Cottage's staff will select the cottage based on the amount of people in the group.
The fall rates have a 10% fall savings on accommodations only. Thanksgiving rentals come with a complimentary turkey.
Cancellations
The cancellation of a reservation must be made 45 days prior to the reservation date to be eligible for a return of the deposit. If deposits are made by e-transfer, cash or cheque, a credit card is put on file in case of a no-show or a cancellation without adequate reason. The credit card can be charged based on your authorization on the phone in order to charge for the deposit and is an indication that you have agreed to our booking policies.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the date of check in, the deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the check in date or if it becomes a "no show", the renter is responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less the deposit received.
